Another Happy Customer.....

" I want to let you know what a wonderful experience I had leasing a car from Hoehn Honda in Carlsbad. Larry Chesney was my Sales "MAN" and boy was he the "MAN" . Not only did he make the whole processes of leasing a vehicle easy but he made me laugh while doing it!!! I came in to Hoehn misinformed about leasing a vehicle and Larry took the time to educated me on the whole processes ! He definitely turned lemons into lemon-aid ,actually he turned it into a lemon-aid daiquiri that's how good he is !! It seems that you pick winners for your staff because the beautiful Arin Clemenson was down to earth and wonderful to deal with as well. "Since I have owned my 1999 Honda Accord, I have almost always taken it in for repairs at Hoehn Honda because the mechanics/technicians, parts advisors, and service advisors are welcoming and knowledgeable, especially Service Advisor, Omar Atilano. When my car is at Hoehn, I am comfortable my car is in good hands. Unlike other dealerships, Hoehn did not try to upsell unecessary parts and extra services if I did not need them. And if minor or major problems did arise, they did not make me feel an urgency to fix or purchase a part or service if I could afford some time to wait. Explanations of the services performed are easy to understand while not making you feel as if you cannot grasp the technical concepts. Honda owners will leave confident with their cars."

This is a great place to buy and service your car. They have a good reputation and it shows when you visit. I highly recommend going here! My girlfriend and I bought a Civic and also take it for service here -- couldn't be happier.

I purchased a Honda Ridgeline in 2007. I do all the routine service on my own and I recently needed to bring my auto in for several small issues. The service department at Hoehn Motors did a great job in fixing my minor problems quickly and efficiently. In addition, the service advisor that assisted me was so professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend this Honda service dept
